¿Debo pagar el envío de las devoluciones?
Si el artículo ya se envió, los clientes serán responsables de los costos de envío de la devolución a través del transportista de su elección. Recomendamos encarecidamente usar un servicio de seguimiento, ya que KarmaBless no se responsabiliza de los paquetes perdidos en tránsito sin seguimiento.
