Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving them, provided you can present proof of purchase, including your order number and email, along with a detailed reason for return. We will only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. For any return claims, an unboxing video must be provided as proof.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for non-quality-related issues after the item has been shipped (such as change of mind or incorrect sizing). Damage caused by wear and tear does not qualify for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange Items

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to contact@karmabless.com. We will respond within 24-48 hours with the return address. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, and must be unworn and undamaged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (along with the required unboxing video proof), we will process either a refund or an exchange.

Do I Pay for Shipping on Returns?

If the item has already been shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, using a carrier of their choice. We strongly recommend using a tracking service, as KarmaBless is not responsible for packages lost in transit without tracking.

If the item has not yet been shipped, no shipping fees will apply to exchanges. However, please contact us via contact@karmabless.com to confirm the shipment status.

Shipping Delays

In the event of delays caused by unavoidable circumstances such as courier disruptions or holidays, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

How Long Does it Take to Get a Refund?

Refunds will be processed once the returned item (accompanied by the unboxing video) is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase and typically take 3-5 business days to process. However, please note that the exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you have placed an order by mistake or changed your mind, please contact us immediately. If the item has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Send an email to contact@karmabless.com for assistance.
