What is the price of shipping?
- Orders totaling $39 or more qualify for free shipping; otherwise, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $8. (Due to logistical costs, shipping to Europe, Australia, and New Zealand is $12)
- After your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. Currently, we offer delivery services to the United States (excluding remote areas) only. We do not support delivery to other countries or regions.

What is the shipping time?
- Processing Time: Within 1-3 business days after you place an order, we will send all orders to our fulfillment center for shipment.
- Shipping Time: Delivery within the United States is estimated to take 7-14 business days.

- Typically, our local shipping partners deliver packages on regular business days (Monday to Friday). To ensure safe delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone can receive the package on business days. We also suggest keeping your phone on during the expected delivery time as the shipping agent may need to contact you.
- Our delivery service requires a customer signature for successful delivery. Therefore, please ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the delivery address.

- Any applicable customs duties in the recipient's country/region are the buyer's responsibility.
- Any expenses incurred due to the buyer's delivery delays or address changes are the buyer's responsibility.
